I can quickly obtain copies of key source records such as civil registration certificates, parish register entries, marriage licence records, census returns, probate records, gaol records, newspaper items and many other miscellaneous documents that may be found relating to your family. I can advise you as to the best approach to take based on your current information and alert you to less obvious sources. Gloucestershire Archives no longer offer a research service; they will carry out a basic 20 minutes search of their records for £15 and will also provide you with copies of documents, but will charge £6 per page plus £1 postage and they will take some time to reach you.
My charges are £14 per hour with no minimum and I usually have results within a week. Photocopies are charged at cost (usually £1 or less). Why wait and pay more?
